On September 17, 2015, my friend Laureen and I will be flying to Perth, Western Australia to begin our 38 day adventure to Australia and New Zealand. This is a place that I have wanted to visit ever since my brother went there in 1960 something. He met some wonderful people who became close family friends, Di and John McArthur. Sadly John isn't here any more, but our trip will start off with a week in Perth, WA staying with Di.
She will be able to join us on some day trips in this part of the lovely country - enough to indoctrinate us to all things Oz and prepare us for the rest of the adventure. So join us when and if you can and maybe you will get a taste for the land down under. Chat with you soon!
